Notify each selected Ephebian Candidate that they must attend the Induction Ceremony.
Have all selected Ephebian Candidates complete the membership forms.
Enclose a single check for the sum of all student fees. ($20.00 x No. of Ephebian Candidates). Do not send individual checks for each student.
Enclose a typed list of the Ephebian Candidates.
Mail the above items along with this checklist to the Ephebian Office before the deadline (Postmarked by May 10). This deadline ensures that students' names are entered into the database so that colleges where students have applied may verify membership. Late submittals will be accepted with a final deadline of June 6. Database entry and certificate printing may be delayed for late submittals.
Note: A cover letter is not necessary. This sponsor checklist is sufficient. Print and send to the Ephebian Society.
